Should we do the event at The Logs? The Trout Lake Country Inn?
NO! wait! I got it! At the old school! We should do it at the Old School! Who knows someone who works for Jonah Ministries who I can ask for permission to do that?
And let's have a dance! Let's get together and decorate the Old Gym for a dance, with sparkly stars AKA Footloose. Please!!!!!

I'm really excited about this.
I think we should invite anybody anybody who ever attended Trout Lake School, what do you think? Or should we limit it to specific years?

For sure at Jonah Ministries! Definitely a school dance! And an alumni basketball game is a must...maybe alumni from certain years against eachother or against the current HS team! I don't have an opinion about who to invite. I think seeing whoever is great...but I think for sure we should put more emphasis on getting people there who have been out of school for like 10 years! We can also advertise this on the Trout Lake community page...I can have it posted there.

I know who to talk to at Jonah Ministries. The question is are we for sure set on December between Christmas and New Years...or is TL Fair a good time? I think either of those times would work. It doesn't matter to me either way, I'll still be there.
Oh and by the way, you're the one that is getting this going...i already emailed everyone that i have their info for the last time you brought up a reunion idea and to me it seems like everyone wants one to happen, just no one is willing to "be in charge" so i guess it's up to the committee here in blog to make this one happening party.
I also thought it would be fun to have a school lunch...in the cafeteria and everything. We could even have a pep band reunion for the alumni basketball game? My mind is flowing with ideas...some good and some horrible. So once we decide for sure when, where, what and who, I will put it on the community website and then will talk to jonah when I am home for Thanksgiving.
ps...like the idea of calling it all homecoming...what say you committee members??
